The things You Must Know About Skillshare Feedback and Complaints.

I signed up for Skillshare as a free trial.

The afternoon BEFORE my trial was supposed to finish I got the email from them thanking me to Premium.

Naturally, I was confused. It's normal for businesses to provide free trials in hopes you like the item enough to really pay for it. What isn't normal is for the company to LIE for you and bill you the day before the free trial will even end, in effect alerting you and then quitting your money. I was furious.

I looked on the internet and following 30 minutes of digging, I found a phone number for the firm (Red flag, and what valid company does not have an easily accessible customer support number?) . I called this number and it went directly to voicemail. The voice on the research sounded like a stoned college child, complete with "ums" and "likes"(Red flag Number two). At this point I was freaking out cause most of these experiences were causing me to think this actually was a scam. The only option left to me is to compose them an email through their site. This was over 3 months before, and I have yet to receive a response.

I am appalled at the way that they handle business (by tricking their customers, then dismissing their concerns). They stole my cash without any warning and are currently unreachable.

I moved back on their site and even their advertising for Premium is really a lie. It clearly says that your Premium account is cancelable at any time. What they actually mean is you can cancel it so that it will not renew at the next billing cycle (which is an entire year!!) . They What is Skillshare? Deb's Answers are crooks. If their content were some good, I would have happily continued using their solutions, but each of their movies are things I could find on YouTube or alternative places at no cost. The only thing that I am do now is spare other people the hassle.

DO NOT register for your free trial. If you do a bit more research you will discover a plethora of other reviews such as mine.

Proceed into Lynda.com or YouTube. Please, do not make the exact same mistake that I did, and stay away!!

I composed Skillshare one final time, also it seems like from the past 4 months they have upped their customer service game. I obtained a same-day response apologizing to my prior experience and having an offer to refund me all of my money. This gesture was more than I expected, and I am thankful to know that individuals do really work at this company, and it appears they are listening to the negative reviews and seeking to create a much better company. I have a sour taste in my mouth, but I feel like after they finished up giving me my money back I should upgrade my review and provide them more than one star.
